SAN DIEGO: Democrat Congresswoman Waters encourages U.S. citizens to coerce and bully President Trump’s Cabinet members and all Trump supporters. Her speech directs Americans to form in groups or mobs around individuals to intimidate and interfere with their official duties. Urging Liberals to confront or deny Conservatives rights to exercise their freedoms, defies law and the Constitution.
Elected officials, like Waters, raise their hand and swear an oath.
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
The Executive – The President, The Legislative – The Congress, and the Judicial – Supreme Court.
The Constitution created three branches government, Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. The Executive branch is there to enforce the laws. Waters, asking Americans to block operations in the Executive branch, does not illustrate “true faith and allegiance” to the Constitution of the United States.
Allegiance includes support for the enforcement of law. Cabinet officials are crucial gears in the Executive branch and should not be coerced to subvert their allegiance to duty.
Waters said,
“Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore.”
Waters calls for flash mobs to “push back” at Conservatives in the public place.
Waters is directing people to force Cabinet members, and conservatives by fiat, from public places and to limit their ability to participate in the public forum, be it official or putting gas in their cars.
It’s a matter of time before Waters’ “push back on them” comes to shove, and outright physical assault and battery. Crowds issuing verbal attacks are threatening and potentially dangerous. The extent of the verbal threats can lead to criminal behavior. Including physical assaults that could easily escalate into maiming, if not murder.
This applies to not only the Cabinet officials and their families and friends, but also children caught up in coercive tramping on public servants doing their jobs.
Waters has her supporters.
Hillary Clinton, slamming the Trump administration for promoting “racist and white supremacist” views similarly praised her “dear friend” Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) for being one of the leading opposition voices. During her keynote speech at the Ida B. Wells Legacy Luncheon, a fundraising group for supporting progressive African-American women in politics, Clinton said:
“We are living in challenging times. We’re living through a war on truth, facts and reason, watching as racist and white supremacist views are lifted up in the media and in the White House,” Clinton said. “But despite it all, there are signs of hope and resilience, and much of that is being led and shaped by black women like my dear friend Maxine Waters.”

Battery and assault has an escalating scale.
The term “battery”, for many people, means a severe beating. Under California Penal Code 242, even if the “victim” does not suffer pain or injury of any kind, a battery charge can still apply, if touched in an offensive way.
Law protects Americans against inflammatory, fighting language.
Donald Trump Jr. replies to Peter Fonda’s tweet:
“You’re clearly a sick individual and everyone is an internet bada– but rather than attack an 11 year old like a bully and a coward why don’t you pick on someone a bit bigger. LMK”
Donald Trump Jr.’s tweet illustrates the effect of Fonda’s inflammatory, “fighting words”. Fonda’s language is illegal and unprotected by the First Amendment.

Waters calls for attacks against Conservatives is creating actions. This time, children attending a little league baseball game where treated to the profanity of self-avowed socialist Ben Faulding of North Baldwin, NY.
At a recent Minor League baseball game, CRTV commentator Gavin McInnes was harassed by a radical leftist screaming “Hey Gavin, F***k You, F**k, F**k You!” His girlfriend Claire Ann Schapira then yelled, “NAZI!”
Big League Politics, who first broke the story, reached out to Gavin McInnes, who confirmed the authenticity of the Tweet.
“He was on the other side of the fence and I was in line. There were kids everywhere and he kept screaming ‘F***k You’ and laughing,” McInnes stated, “I thought he was an insane person trying to be funny – which I guess he kind of is.”
Big League Politics reports that
…the baseball game that McInnes and Faulding were at was between the Brooklyn Cyclones and the Boston Lowell Spinners. Both of these teams are affiliates of their Major League equivalents, and their games are generally intended for a younger audiences. Children run the bases after the game and the Brooklyn Cyclones were even sponsored by the toddler cartoon Paw Patrol.
Mea Culpa for Liberals only?
Fonda has since said he was sorry. Roseanne Barr said she was sorry, too, but no one forgave her and she lost her business enterprise and suffered public scorn.
If Waters decides to say she is sorry, that is one thing, but anything that happens to a Cabinet member, family or friends of Cabinet members, or Trump supporters in public places should be attributed to her statements.
Our founding fathers supported the spirit of civil debate with intent to make America great. They did not encourage the population towards civil disobedience and government obstruction.
